Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Project Jacked AI (“the app”, “the service”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

1. What the app is

Project Jacked AI is a daily body-transformation mission system. It tells you what to do today across workout, cardio, steps, water, and protein — tracks completion, awards XP, and surfaces a championship-trainer voice.

The app provides general fitness guidance. It is not medical advice, not personal training, and not a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional or certified trainer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. By signing up, you represent that you are 14 or older. Onboarding will reject ages below this threshold.

You may create one account per person. Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.

3. Health disclaimer

Read this before using the app:

  • Exercise carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to musculoskeletal strain, cardiac events, dehydration, and overexertion.
  • Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have any pre-existing health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or are over 50.
  • The workouts, cardio targets, step targets, water targets, and protein targets in the app are general suggestions calibrated from the limited data you provide during onboarding. They are not prescriptions.
  • Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any symptom that concerns you during or after exercise.
  • We do not warrant that any program in the app is safe or appropriate for your individual health situation.

By using the app, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your participation.

4. Subscriptions, trial, billing

4.1 Trial

  • New users receive a 24-hour free trial of full access (one trial per account, not per device).
  • The trial starts when onboarding completes. There is no grace period — at the 24-hour mark, access is restricted to the paywall until a subscription is purchased.

4.2 Plans

Prices may vary by region per Google Play’s local pricing.

4.3 Auto-renewal

  • Monthly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Renewals are charged to the Google Play account you used to purchase.

4.4 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime through your Google Play subscription settings (the app cannot cancel for you — that’s the platform’s billing surface).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

4.5 Refunds

  • All refund requests are handled by Google Play per their published refund policy.
  • We do not issue refunds directly.

4.6 Price changes

  • We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. If we raise the price of your active subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app banner. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Circumvent the subscription paywall or billing system.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, simulators) to interact with the app.
  • Create multiple free-trial accounts to circumvent the one-trial-per-account rule.
  • Share your account credentials with another person.
  • Use the app to harass, defame, or harm any other person.
  • Submit false or fraudulent data with the intent of corrupting analytics or progression.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. User content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into the app (workout logs, body stats, goal, etc.). By using the service you grant us a limited, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any ownership of your data.

7. Intellectual property

The app — including its design, copy, programming, workout templates, macrocycle structure, gamification system, and championship-trainer voice — is owned by Project Jacked AI. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Termination

8.1 By you

You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible and erases the data described in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

8.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Where practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure the violation. We may terminate without notice in cases of fraud, security risk, or repeat violation.

8.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately. Subscription billing stops at the end of the current period. Data is erased per the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that:

  • The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Any defects will be corrected.
  • The app will produce any specific fitness outcome (body recomposition, fat loss, muscle gain, etc.).

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Project Jacked AI, its operator, or its third-party providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $99, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by local law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
  • For material changes, surface an in-app banner the next time you open the app.

Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the app and delete your account.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, to the extent they impose specific consumer-protection rights that cannot be waived by contract. For all other matters, these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
